1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CompliAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

CompliAI provides AI-assisted compliance document generation tools. The Service generates template documents intended as starting points for legal review. CompliAI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

3. Not Legal Advice

Documents generated by CompliAI are compliance document templates for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by use of the Service. You should consult a qualified attorney before deploying any generated documents in a production or legally consequential context.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to generate documents. CompliAI retains all rights to the platform, base templates, and underlying technology. Documents generated using your inputs are yours to use, modify, and deploy, subject to attorney review and applicable law.

6. Payments and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. CompliAI reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompliAI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance on documents generated by the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email.
